This innovative building features solar panels, embracing sustainable energy practices while harmonising with nature. With ample space for up to 60 vehicles, including EV charging stations, it caters to the modern needs while championing eco-conscious transportation.
For families, a kids' play park offers joyful moments amidst the tranquility of the landscape. Additionally, a dedicated bike shed encouraging a healthier and greener lifestyle for all.

Introducing the Norfolk Food Hall, an expansive destination spanning over 3000 square feet of retail space. Set to redefine dining experiences, it features a restaurant accommodating 120 guests, complemented by outdoor seating for up to 80 people to savor Norfolk's beauty.

Within its walls, visitors will discover a haven for food enthusiasts, boasting an in-house butcher, a delightful delicatessen, and a convenient grab-and-go section. The café invites guests to linger over freshly brewed coffee, while the array of Norfolk’s fresh produce is showcased.
